Founder & President

Christopher DeVos

PEO operator. Advisor. Entrepreneur.

Christopher DeVos is the founder and President of DeVos Advisors LLC and an experienced PEO/HRO executive with nearly 30 years of industry experience. His career spans building startup PEO and HRO organizations, serving in CFO and executive operating roles, leading large-scale technology conversions, and advising leadership teams through growth, transformation, and acquisition.

Most recently, Christopher served as Head of PEO Services for a startup PEO, helping build the organization from concept to active operations — payroll, benefits, underwriting, workers' compensation, HR, tax compliance, accounting, cash management, technology, licensing, and vendor infrastructure.

Christopher holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and began his career with Deloitte & Touche.
